Telomera Life was founded by Dr. Robert Tomlinson and his wife, Susan, out of a shared belief that recovery and longevity should not be reserved for elite athletes or clinical settings. They should live where you do.

For decades, Robert helped some of the highest-performing athletes in the world recover, rebuild, and stay in the game. Susan spent her career studying how people actually build healthier lives, through nutrition, development, and the environments they live in. Telomera Life is where those two lifetimes of experience meet: advanced wellness and recovery technology, chosen with a clinician’s eye, made for the comfort and privacy of your own home.

DR. ROBERT TOMLINSON

Robert brings decades of experience across orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, physiology, biochemistry, and recovery.

He graduated with honors in Biochemistry from Occidental College, studied exercise physiology at Hahnemann University, and earned his medical degree from Tulane University, where he also completed his orthopedic surgery residency and went on to serve as Chief Orthopedic and Trauma Surgeon at Charity Hospital.

During his training, Robert studied under Dr. Jack Hughston, a pioneer in sports medicine and knee-injury treatment, and later completed a sports medicine fellowship at the renowned Kerlan-Jobe Clinic in Los Angeles alongside Dr. Frank Jobe.

Over the course of his career in Southern California, Robert helped provide orthopedic care for professional and collegiate athletes connected to the Los Angeles Dodgers, Lakers, Kings, and Rams, the California Angels, and the USC Trojans. He later practiced privately at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute, where he also lectured on sports injuries, recovery, and treatment.

Today, Robert practices recovery medicine at a state and federally accredited treatment program in Arkansas. That same clinical standard is the filter behind every product Telomera Life carries.

THE VISION BEHIND TELOMERA LIFE

The name Telomera comes from telomeres, the protective caps at the ends of our chromosomes that are closely tied to how we age at the cellular level. It is a fitting symbol for what this brand is about.

For Robert and Susan, longevity is not about simply adding years. It is about protecting the energy, mobility, strength, and vitality that let you actually enjoy them.

There is no shortage of wellness gadgets on the market. Most are noise. When they are not working or staying active, Robert and Susan enjoy time with their six adult children, Sidney, Robby, Garrett, Rachel, Bryant, and Rebecca, and their grandchildren, Robby IV, Easton, and Ella Marie.
